Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Agreement") apply to all services and content provided through the website at ozurgup.com ("Site"). By visiting, registering on, placing an order through, or otherwise using the Site, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.

Öz Ürgüp ("Company") reserves the right to update this Agreement without prior notice. Updated terms shall be effective from the date they are published on the Site. Users are advised to review the current terms regularly.

This Agreement is governed by Law No. 6098 on the Turkish Code of Obligations, Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, and applicable legislation.

• The website at ozurgup.com and its associated subdomains.
• The business operating under the trade name Öz Ürgüp.
• Any natural or legal person using the Site for any purpose.
• A user who has created an account by registering on the Site.
• iyzico virtual POS infrastructure.
• A user's request to purchase a product or service through the Site.

Öz Ürgüp promotes, sells, and delivers various products through the Site. The Company reserves the right to change product information, prices, stock availability, and campaign terms without prior notice.

Product photographs on the Site are for illustrative purposes. Differences in color, size, and appearance may occur due to monitor/screen settings. Technical specifications stated in product descriptions are binding.

Order confirmation is subject to stock availability and successful payment. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order or fulfil it partially due to insufficient stock or technical reasons. In such cases, the user will be notified and a refund will be issued.

Membership may be required to shop on the Site. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. The Company cannot be held liable for disruptions arising from incorrect or incomplete information.

The user is personally responsible for the confidentiality and security of account information (email, password, etc.). All transactions carried out through the account are deemed to have been performed by the account holder. In case of suspected unauthorized access, the user must immediately notify the Company.

The Company has the right to suspend or terminate membership in the following cases:

• Use of false or misleading information
• Fraud attempt or suspicion of fraud
• Violation of the provisions of this Agreement or applicable legal regulations
• Conduct harmful to other users or the Company

The user selects products on the Site, adds them to the cart, and proceeds to payment. The order summary screen displays delivery information, product details, and the total amount. When the user confirms payment, the Distance Sales Agreement is established.

Following order confirmation, the user will be notified by email and/or SMS. Shipment of the order takes place within the specified period after payment confirmation.

Payments on the Site are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Your card information is processed on the bank's secure shared payment page and protected in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Accepted payment methods:

Your credit card information is never stored on Company servers under any circumstances. All card data is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/TLS) through the iyzico infrastructure and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

3D Secure verification may be applied for the security of the cardholder. If the payment transaction fails, no order is created and the user will be notified.

Installment payment options may vary depending on campaign periods and terms agreed with partner banks. Current installment options are displayed on the payment page.

All prices on the Site are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees may vary depending on the order total and delivery region; the shipping fee is clearly stated on the order confirmation screen.

The Company reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, the price of orders that have been confirmed and paid does not change. In cases of obvious pricing errors due to a system error, the Company has the right to cancel the order and process a refund.

Orders are handed over to the courier within the specified period after payment confirmation. The estimated delivery time is stated in the order confirmation and courier tracking notification.

Delivery is made to the address specified by the user. The Company cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. For delays arising from the courier company, the Company will make maximum effort to resolve the issue by contacting the courier company.

Pursuant to Law No. 6502, the seller is obliged to deliver the order within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. This period is observed except in cases of force majeure.

Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product subject to the distance sales agreement, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

When using the Site, the user:

accepts and undertakes that they will:

• Act in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey and international law,
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information,
• Not access others' accounts or personal information without authorization,
• Not use software or methods that would disrupt the operation of the Site or harm servers,
• Not use automated data collection tools (bots, scrapers, etc.),
• Respect the rights of other users

All content on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, software code, design, and layout) is the intellectual property of Öz Ürgüp or its licensors and is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, modifying, or using Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Users' personal data is processed in compliance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and applicable legislation. For detailed information, please review our Privacy Policy page.

The Company does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

To the extent permitted by law, the Company cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profit, data loss, and loss of reputation).

Links to third-party websites provided on the Site are for informational purposes. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites.

Natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, government decisions, communication infrastructure failures, and similar unforeseen events beyond control constitute force majeure. In such cases, the Company may be unable to fulfil its obligations, and this shall not be deemed a breach of contract.

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to disputes arising from this Agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over such disputes.

The consumer may submit complaints and objections to the relevant Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
